Sponsor an art tag and it will be cut and engraved with your child’s artwork.
Together, the leaves on the Memory Tree create a colourful display on the wall of the School Office.
The Memory Tree was started in 2018 and is located on the office building, near the Miller Street gate.
By adding a leaf to the Memory Tree, your child’s time at Clemton Park Public School will be remembered in this colourful part of the school’s learning environment.
Orders are due by Friday 24 June 2022.
Steps for sponsoring a leaf on the Memory Tree:
1. Download and print the form or collect a copy from the School Office.
2. Pay online and record the order number and other information (including artwork) on the form.
3. Return the completed form to the School Office.
