500g mixed unsalted nuts. Any nuts will do, just choose your favourites.
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Toast nuts in oven for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Combine the other ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Toss warm nuts with the other ingredients.
Serving suggestion: Serve with olives or a cheese platter.
